Our apartments are located directly in the center of Hallstatt, yet they are situated in a quiet area. Within 3 minutes on foot, you can reach the historic market square or the beautiful lakeside promenade, where numerous gastronomic offerings await you.

This apartment has a size of 35m² and is equipped with a large bedroom, a rustic kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Towels and bed linen are of course provided. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a width of 140 cm, suitable for an additional person. The smart TV is equipped with Netflix, making space for 3 guests.

This house is a non-smoking house, and the furniture was carefully crafted from the wood of an old wooden hut with a lot of love and effort by skilled carpenters. This also adds to the charm of this cozy vacation apartment.

In addition, there is a small terrace with a wonderful lake view where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a Nespresso machine and capsules, oven, etc. In the hallway, there is a small dining area.

This apartment has been lovingly cared for and renovated, which gives it its charming character today. Whether it's the original "Rauchkuchl" or the wonderful balcony, a traditional Quantergang with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The spacious terrace invites you to linger and dream with a beautiful view of Lake Hallstatt. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, providing space for a total of 6 people. One of the bedrooms is a connecting room, accessible through the other bedroom. Furthermore, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a capsule coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. A magnificent menu can be served at the large dining table.
